Keeping insiders informed is a recurring obligation, not a one-off task. Global Messaging is built to match.

A Better Way to Communicate with Insiders

Managing sensitive projects in a regulated environment means keeping the right people informed at the right time, with a record to prove it. For most compliance teams, that process still runs on individual emails, manual follow-ups, and a hope that nothing fell through the gaps. Global Messaging changes that.

Built directly into InsiderList, Global Messaging gives compliance officers, company secretaries, and administrators a single, controlled environment for sending secure, auditable communications to insiders, persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs), and other regulated parties. Every message is logged automatically, with a full record of who received what and when, ready to present to a regulator without any reconstruction required.

Four capabilities sit at the heart of it.

Send Later

Compliance communications often need to land at a specific moment: a notification timed to coincide with a deal closing, a reminder ahead of a closed period, a briefing note aligned to a board meeting. Send Later lets you choose a future date and time for delivery and the platform handles the rest. Every scheduled message is logged to your audit trail automatically, with the same timestamp and recipient record as any other communication sent through the platform.

Recurring Messages

Some communications are not one-offs. Closed period reminders, regular policy acknowledgements, periodic updates to PDMRs and persons closely associated (PCAs): these go out on a schedule, and building them from scratch each time is time that adds up. Configure a message once, set it to repeat at whatever interval fits your process (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or a custom cadence), and each instance is sent and logged automatically. The process keeps running without anyone having to remember to act.

Send to List

Select an insider list as your recipient group and Global Messaging sends the message separately to each person on it, keeping individual email addresses confidential from one another, while logging every delivery to your audit record. If the list updates between now and your next send, the platform reflects the current version automatically. One action covers everyone it needs to reach, with a complete record to show for it.

Attach Documents

NDAs, briefing notes, regulatory notices: supporting documents can be attached directly to any message within the platform, up to five files per send. Everything travels together, and everything is captured in the audit record, so there is no separate thread to chase down when you need to show what was sent alongside a communication.

One Audit Trail, No Gaps

Every message sent through Global Messaging, whether scheduled, recurring, or sent to a full list, lands in the same centralised audit record. Sender, recipients, timestamp, attachments: all captured without manual effort and accessible at any time through the platform.

When a regulator asks for evidence of your communication process, that record is already there.
