Across the day, the published programme moves from Jersey's economic outlook and a CGIUKI regulatory update into board culture, cyber resilience and responsible AI oversight. Sessions explore how diverse perspectives strengthen decision-making, how governance frameworks keep pace with technological change, and how boards remain accountable as risks evolve.

Contributors include Joe Moynihan of Jersey Finance, Peter Swabey FCG of CGIUKI, Chris Eaton of PwC Channel Islands and Tom Grogan of Mourant. The final panel brings together practitioners from different career paths before the conference closes with networking and a drinks reception.
