Load the policy

Pre-clearance under your policy
Each covered person asks before they trade, and your reviewer decides under your policy.
A request made during a blackout period is refused by your rule, and the refusal is recorded with its reason.
Each decision keeps the request, the conditions, and the result together, in date order.
Evidence for Item 408(b)
Under Item 408(b), you disclose whether you have an insider trading policy and file it as Exhibit 19. Your wording versions show which text was in force on any date.
Export who was covered, who signed which version, and when, to PDF or Excel, so counsel can answer from the evidence.

Training beside the signature
An e-learning course on your policy is assigned by group and tracked to completion.
A certificate is issued automatically for each completion and filed in the person's profile beside their signed acknowledgment.
With each new policy version, the course is reassigned, so training follows the wording people sign.
